My baseline rates start at $300, and pricing scales based on the number of sets and the level of intricacy required for your event. While stilt walking and the champagne skirt feature naturally longer sets, they are matched with a lower physical intensity compared to high-energy aerial acts, keeping the overall investment commensurate.

Absolutely! If your event requires a custom or uber-specific costume, the cost of materials will be included as a part of your quote (typically ranging between $120–$150). There is no additional fee if I already own a suitable costume that fits your theme, or if you prefer to provide the costume yourself.

I am based in Portland, Oregon, and happily travel across the Pacific Northwest. A travel fee applies for any events located more than 60 miles outside of the Portland metro area, which is calculated based on total distance and travel expenses. Additionally, depending on the event schedule—such as late-nights or multi-day bookings, overnight lodging accommodations may need to be provided or factored into the booking contract.
-
Once a contract is signed and an agreement is made, there is a 25% cancellation fee if the booking is canceled.
-
You are welcome to book as far ahead as you would like! For completely customized acts, a standard turnaround time of one month is preferred, though fast-tracking is sometimes possible depending on the request. Ambient or roaming acts can often be booked with shorter lead times, primarily depending on your specific costuming requirements.
-
To ensure a seamless experience, I arrive well before your event starts to set up all necessary equipment before guests get there. Depending on the complexity of the costume and the specific act, I require 1 to 1.5 hours on-site prior to performance times to change, prepare, and properly warm up.

To ensure the safety of the performer and your guests, your venue must meet the following footprint and clearance minimums:
• Aerial Hoop (Lyra) & Aerial Pole: Requires a 6-foot diameter footprint and a 12-foot ceiling clearance with an approved hard point.
• Lollipop Pole: Requires a 6-foot diameter footprint and a 12-foot ceiling clearance.
• Contortion (with Stand): Requires a 6-foot diameter footprint and a 12-foot ceiling clearance.
• Contortion (Floor Mat/No Stand): Requires a 6-foot diameter footprint and an 8-foot ceiling clearance.
• Champagne Skirt: Requires a 6-foot diameter footprint and standard ceiling clearance.
• Stilt Walking: Requires at least a 10-foot ceiling clearance. Ground surfaces must be flat, smooth, and free of hazards (no stairs, molehills, uneven turf, or tall grass).
